Manes Controls has the facility to provide complete engineering solutions to process requirements covering a wide range of control systems, ranging in size and complexity from motor control centres to walk in style cubicles , all built to your required specifications and standards.

We also have the flexibility to produce “fast track” control panels utilising standard propriety enclosures and equipment, from junction boxes , distribution boards to custom built panels utilising free-issue equipment and designs either supplied from our client or produced by our own engineering staff from basic information.

Electrical Installation

Manes Controls supply industrial electrical services from, distribution, wiring and cabling through to final inspection and testing.

Electrical systems designed, specified, installed, commissioned and supported by on-going maintenance. All our work is planned and supported by our engineers and experienced supervisors from start to finish and finally inspected, tested and certified.

We are an NICEIC approved company which ensures that our work is carried out and certified to British Standards and the latest IEE regulations.

Systems Integration

Manes Controls Ltd specialises in process instrumentation control systems and has gained experience in a wide range of production processes.

Experience which covers pneumatic, electrical and electronic control for analogue, digital, PLC, and computer controlled systems. Our capabilities include design, specification procurement, installation, commissioning and on going support and maintenance

All our work is planned and supported by our engineers and is controlled on site by our supervisory staff from start to finish. This ensures quality workmanship, completed on time, within budget, to the required specification.
